顾客：
安装不上怎么办？
客服：
亲，为了适配大部分龙头，咱们配了多种转换适配器。如果安装不上，可能是螺丝口大小不匹配，这时可依据自家龙头螺丝口的直径(需取下起泡器)，购买龙头出水口转接头。如果还是不行，请联系我们的在线客服，可以在线指导安装。
顾客：
安装漏水怎么办？
客服：
亲，部分情况可能会持续按漏水，取下龙头重新安装即可，必要时刻缠绕生料带（生料带可在五金店购买）。
顾客：
滤芯可以拆开清洗吗？
客服：
亲，为了防止污染，新一代滤芯都采用密封设计，滤芯到期后，不用清洗，直接更换即可。这样卫生又安全。
顾客：
怎样才能知道滤芯需要更换了？
客服：
亲，为了保障净水质量，我司做了两种情况更换滤芯：第一、我司经过测试建议更换的时间；第二、当净水出口流水很小、出出水了。这两种情况下建议及时更换滤芯。
顾客：
首次使用为什么出水很小并且伴有少量粉尘？
客服：
亲，因长途运输，活性炭粉末会存在少量释除情况。请在首次使用龙头净水器前，先放水约5分钟；如首次使用净水壶，滤芯需在水中浸泡约15分钟以上
